What do I need to know about my booking?

When can I arrive and when do I have to leave the BlackBox?

You can check in between 14:00 - 16:00 on the day of your booking, but if you indicate that you'll be arriving later, we will of course accommodate you. On the day of departure, you have until 10:00 to leave the accommodation.

Where and how are keys provided and collected? Do we have to meet you in person?

If you prefer, you can get the key from a dedicated safe.

How do I get breakfast?

The courier will put your delicacies in a specially designed box in environmentally friendly packaging, so that we don't disturb you during the delivery.

What makes the contents of the basket premium?

Freshly baked breads, baguettes and sweet pastries arrive to you still warm. In addition to a selection of cheeses, cold cuts, jams, seasoned cottage cheese, eggs, butter, fruit, vegetables, several desserts, milk and freshly squeezed orange juice will be contained in the basket. In addition to the generous quantities on offer, care will be taken to provide only high quality food. And you won't get the same thing twice!

Can I request a gluten and/or lactose free breakfast?

Of course, as long as you let us know your dietary requirements in advance in a comment when making the reservation.

Where can I park my car?

We have our own private parking.

How much do I have to pay to secure my booking?

The full amount of the accommodation fee must be paid in order to finalise your booking. You have 72 hours to do this.

How long do I have to cancel my reservation?

We will refund 100% of your payment within 10 days from the booked date of arrival! For all information on cancellation conditions, please consult the GTC

What is included in the price shown on the website?

The price we quote includes the following services: breakfast, cleaning, bathrobes, unlimited use of sauna and jacuzzi, tourist tax, VAT.

Can I bring my dog/cat with me?

Unfortunately, the BlackBox and the garden are not designed to be comfortable and suitable for them, so pets are not allowed.

Can I book a 1 night stay?

Yes, when there is a 'gap' day during the otherwise full month. If you see one in the calendar, contact us and we will book the date of your choice for you!
